From the page: "Fourteen months after taking the drug, 64 percent of the volunteers said they still felt at least a moderate increase in well-being or life satisfaction, in terms of things like feeling more creative, self-confident, flexible and optimistic. And 61 percent reported at least a moderate behavior change in what they considered positive ways."

It seems like studies like these never get enough publicity, which prevents many people from knowing about the benefits and being helped by them.

From the page: "Dr Highet believes disclosure is up to each individual but says prejudice is a real risk. For example, Beyond Blue ran a focus group amongst people who had told their employer about their illness. Many believed they had been demoted or denied career opportunities as a result. Separate research amongst GPs found many were advising patients not to disclose their illness at work for fear for fear their patient would be somehow penalized."
It also gave an account of someone who didn't disclose his mental issue and was later fired for witholding info from the employer. So basically, you're damned if you do, damned if you don't. Ain't that some bullshit.
I guess the only advice I could give anyone is to act extra, or be extra, enthusiastic about the job and show the employer that regardless of your anxiety and depression you'd be a great pick. Somehow. And if it doesn't work out, never quit. Persistence is stronger than genius ya know.
